My family and I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The lack of cleanliness was shocking, with dirt everywhere, and the rude staff only added to our frustration. On a positive note, the outdoor areas were quite comfortable, and we appreciated the variety of activities available. However, with our overall experience being so poor, I can't recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.
